Here's another person stepping up with a challenge. Gilmore v. Ashcroft was filed today in Federal Court for the Northern District of California. The outcome is irrelevant. I'm probably only 70-80% on board with Gilmore's points. Its the fact that the battle is engaged that strikes me as important.
