Arcata Adopts Voter Confidence Resolution

After more than a year of hard work and lobbying, colleague, Dave Berman, co-founder Voter Confidence Committee of Humboldt County, CA gets Arcata to pass the Voter Confidence Resolution. As the 2006 Mid-Term elections approach, more and more Americans are becoming weary of another election plagued with problems similar to Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004. BushCo continues to cover up the mess and hanky-panky that happened in both elections leading to his "victory." But the questions still linger. Local cities and counties, like Arcata are making critical decisions and taking matters into their own hands. Their states are too inbred with corporate relationships to actually do the right thing and get these voting machines outfitted with paper trials and take them out of GOP privatocracy and into the public domain.
